Yup, £300 a month. It's about right for a shared room in a house, you'd pay a bit more if you wanted a nice size room.

Place I just took on? £300pcm, all bills, including wireless broadband, paid. That's cheaper than Devon. Admittedly, tiny room, but location is good and I can store stuff at Mike's, so I'm good.

London not as expensive as people make out as long as you don't expect the world. I'm happy.
