So, Doctor Who then...

Look! I get to make a reaction post. It's the first time I've had access to a TV for an initial broadcast for, well, since before they brought it back. So, in the absence of anything constructive to actually say, I thought I'd poll it good:
[Poll #957738]
I liked it. It was nice, straightforward, fun. Let's see if they can maintain it into Bill Shakespeare's England. Hmm, I have the perfect icon for a post that mentions Bill.

Oh, and because this is my first go, and it's taken me fricking HOURS, and Horatio Must Be Appeased... I'm totally going to abuse the Editor's Choice and pick [livejournal.com profile] matgb's reaction poll. Because, you know, polls are good. And I want to see more people voting for Freema's arse.
*Suspects this might get the most votes I've ever had in a poll*

NTS: link to comment, not entry.

He hasn't answered yet, and actually? Might not at all. He's a bugger for not answering comments. But, you know, forgive him for writing fantastic Six. ♥

and other people never talk to commenters, always post to the bottom...

...and then wonder why nobody notices they've said something.

* rolleyes *

talk to your friends friends, much more fun especially if they might be cute.

I see Martha's arse had EXACTLY the same effect on us both, then? ;)

Having a screwdriver is good, but it would have been better if he didn't find a replacement until a good three or four episodes in. There's probably some technicality that means it wouldn't be possible though...

or he went to the planet Screwfix?

Not wishing to go into any depth about it -a quick look at my userpics will tell you I'm not as much a fan of Doctor Who as a few others I could care to name- his proof of travelling back in time at the end might have been where he got the screwdriver back from? No doubt I'm hopelessly wrong about that.
