What had me so confused was that some one had been arrested for downloading it and I hadn't heard about it --it's the sort of thing I hear about. Now that I see the accounts, I realize that it happened in the UK, which is why I didn't know about it. When SB posted it earlier and when you posted it above, all the references to the US and none to the UK made me jump to the conclusion that the US had done it. I'm not saying that changes the seriousness of the mistake at all. It just clarifies my confusion. Thanks!
