It would create a precedent. The minutes of a still in office Government aren't released. Changing that, regardless of circumstances, creates a precedent.

Note, there's not going to be a war crimes investigation under this Govt. Once this Govt is out of office, then the minutes could be released early. But while in office? No, dangerous precedent.

I'm not saying never. I'm saying not now.
