Nah, that only applies to broadcast media operating on a Govt licence (they rent broadcast spectrum rights with conditions).

Print media can do what they like, and I'm the party appointed rep for the area. I represent the candidates for legal and financial issues, and a few other things, plus give a final say on the leaflets &c.
