like any other governing body, the ERS needs continuity and experience just as much as it needs new blood, so members should vote for a mixture of the old and new.

I am very much inclined to agree with this actually, which is another reason for me supporting Michael, and I'm really thinking about lower choices in case he doesn't get in.

I strongly recommend members not to vote for organized factions but for the best individuals

To an extent, i agree, my top two aren't in a faction but are people I know and respect, the next three are people I know of strongly, teh 'faction slate' they've created isn't as important as that they're people I know.

But I do appreciate the feedback on it.
