I would make a movie of him being excited, because he's doing a little dance and everything, but it's a pantsless (potty training) dance and I doubt he'd appreciate it later.
Well, he's three. He's not very good at the idea of anarchy, because he thinks he's in charge of everything. However, I will endeavor to explain to him when the time is right.
