Ok, at first I didn't realize it was an actual dog underneath all of that.

OH GOD, I JUST REALIZED IT WASN'T "underneath all of that" BUT SHE HAD ACTUALLY DYED AND WHATNOT THE POOR THING'S FUR. GAHHH! I mean, I'll put a silly little hat (http://pics.livejournal.com/baseballchica03/pic/000ddwyg/g10) or necktie (http://pics.livejournal.com/baseballchica03/pic/000eqtwg/g10) on my Sniff, but that's as far as it goes for most sane pet owners. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT WOMAN?!?!?!!

It is the wrong color, but only because I'm a purist and think they should all be wearing red like they did in the original B&W series.

That being said Leo did wear blue, it was Donatello that wore purple.

Leonardo was easily the worst turtle too. I mean seriously, if you're going to dye your poodle for the sake of putting off, I dunno, slashing your wrists with a broken Prozac bottle, at least dye its bandanna purple.

Nah, poodles make sense to me as a dog breed—if they're not horribly inbred, they have a big advantage—they don't shed fur everywhere.

I've given up hoovering our stairs, the dog fur reappears within an hour, and they go back to being black within a day :-(

Eh, compared to the horrors of selective breeding, that's nothing. I mean, the dog ain't gonna wind up with breathing problems or paralysed back legs because she trimmed and dyed its damn fur.
