And couldn't you possibly get MSN? It would make life easier on several fronts...

Is her email address the one displayed on the LVG website? I could, I guess, just comment on her LJ which would I assume get to her.

As to MSN?

1) I hated ICQ and AIM, I'm not a fan of chat/messenger software generally.

2) I don't need it. Email, phone, text, LJ comments, forums. Why do I need another form of communication?

3) It's M$N, so we'll say no anyway. I may have considered Jabber but, well.

4) My PC sucks,and crashes while I'm just browsing. Running more software on top just isn't going to happen. I have an IRC client as part of Mozilla if you can figure out direct connections...
