I much prefer showers ot baths, but we only had a bath when I was growing up. You can wash your hair leaning over the side and using either a jug which you keep re-filling, or you can buy a dinky shower attachment thing to fit on the taps. it's not the same as a proper shower, of course, but it'll do for hair washing.
