Wow! Sounds..err..complicated *blush*. Hopefully with your idea to make it easy to use I'd be able to somehow implement it myself (I'm not totally hopeless, just never paid too much attention). I don't see many Spanish ISPs doing it, though who knows whether I'll be back in Spain yet when it's ready.Sigh, I miss my sun, bloody cloudy Paris, LOL!
