Excellent attacks on Dave and Gordon, some of the jokes a bit flat, but overall very good. policy policy policy just what's needed

Ah, just found a link to it in my mailbox. Not bad at all despite the laboured Star Trek references, though I'd like a tad more on civil liberties and less on green taxes.

Up to a point... Civil liberties are good for energizing the party rank and file (which is important), but not so great for communicating with the country, IMO. Also, there are ways to go on about civil liberties without actually using those words - X million pounds on ID cards = Y thousand police officers, Z hundred intelligence researchers, that sort of thing.
