Dislike the Scottish system, better than the UK system but it's party based, and it's "PR", not "STV". STV is the Irish system, designed for Westminster, proposed by a Speakers Conference and never implemented.
I like it because it returns real choice to local people (it's what Scotland is using for the locals now, but it'll take a few elections to bed in effectively).
