Actually quite well, when I first met him 18 months ago he struck me as a bit too boyish, but he's growing into the role of 'leader' quite well, and came across as calm and assured. He definitely appreciates the way the 'net can help political communication, which is why he wants to make time when he can for interviews and similar with bloggers and the rest.
I do like him--I did before but thought him too young, but that's changed.
