I'm looking at this now - trying to work out what to change in the PHP to make it work.
iconv would seem to be what I need - but it's hard to test when I can't actually test on my own machine, as Delicious Rescue doesn't exhibit the same problems that delicious does itself.
If I had a way of telling delicious to send the blog posting message on demand that would help.
