Well, for a given definition. It has confirmed I never want to be in a situation where screen magnification is important, the interface is terrible.

It does do the job, but not in a way I'd want to recommend to people as an easy answer.

I wonder why the Mac has it nice and easy but Windows doesn't seem to have it anywhere useful. Ah well.
