Meestor mapp? Bondwoman thinks St Andrew needs to be more prominent, and the Dragon a bit stronger; maybe draw the design of the crosses out a bit, keep the dragon the same? Can drop the Great Britain bit of the title as well, makes the text requirement lower. 'tis a great design still, but improvements are good, right?

I'll add it to my list of things to work on over the weekend. I do agree that the Welsh dragon needs to be a little stronger (it's kind of indistinct, pesky jpeg compression, argh).

Draw the design of the crosses out a bit? I'll re-read that once I've got some sleep and see if that makes any more sense. :p

I think what I mean is to draw back so you're viewing it from further away, so the bars of the crosses are smaller and you fit more in.

I'm learning to use the Gimp, but at a very basic level, getting to be good at design is probably beyond me...

Possibly PNG or Gif may be better? I never can remember which is good for what.

Y'see, I know that Firefly is a spaceship/vaugely western-ish sci fi show. I know there is a movie that follows from the end of the series called Serenity.

That's about it. And I go on the internet plenty.

I think the issue is that it started at a point where I wasn't really watching TV, and hasn't been on TV while I've have been watching. And since I've seen no trailers/ads for it, nor any other such stuff, there's been nothing making me go "I'll have to get around to seeing that."

These days, I just pay attention to the online/magazine zeitgeist, and buy the boxed sets of stuff that look good, even if I've never seen it; Deadwood, for example, so many people liked it, I bought it on spec, hadn't seen an episode before getting the boxed set; Steve currently has it, ought to get it back from him so I can watch it again.

Matter of opinion; I prefer westerns and sci-fi to horror and fantasy, so I like it. Also, compare Firefly with just Season 1 Buffy. Buffy found its feet and really got good later on, Firefly never really had a chance.

Not that it matters. Anyway, as you can see, I need to lend the DVDs out again, no rush naturally.
