Ronette and Laura live in Mulholland Drive?

Hmm. twinpeaks. *joins*. By way of lucycatastrophe, speculation that Laura and Ronette are in the audience of a scene in Mulholland Drive, and possibly the two are linked. Small pic here and more, larger pics here (Sooze, big pics, make a cup of tea when they load, not really safe for work, topless Laura is shown).

Not 100% convinced, would need to re-watch carefully I think. Would like to re-watch carefully I think. Lynch, really must get around to watching the rest of his stuff.

perfect excuse for me to re-watch the film, and the series. if it is them, and i'm not completely convinced, it would be interesting to think they may have appeared elsewhere.

I haven't dared to go back to Twin Peaks since it first aired, in case it doesn't live up to what I remember.

Didn't see Mulholland Drive, either. Last Lynch I saw was Lost Highway, which I just found crap and self-indulgent. Terrified that if I go back to Twin Peaks, I will think the same!

It definately looks like them, well spotted! we should have a twin peaks re watching session, have you got the dvd's? apparently there's a commentary by david lynch and mark frost, woul dbe fantastic. we could drink coffee and eat cherry pie:)

Haven't got DVDs, no. Would like to get them when money is sorted out, but that'll be awhile.

Definately want to re-watch at some point; was it you that bought the videos?

YOu know, I never got into that show. I've only seen one David Lynch movie, and from what I've been told, I saw the worst of all of them.

I've only seen a few, and I liked most ofthem, but some are very weird. I'm in the minority that loves what he did with Dune, for example.

I think I got into Twin Peaks for the combined reason of being a similar age to the main young characters when it was broadcast, many attractive actresses (I was 17) and that a lot of the girls I liked at school liked the show.

I stayed watching because, once you got into the weirdness, it was very well done. But it was hard work getting into it.

I had the poster for that movie up on my wall at college. Admittedly, haven't watched it for ages, but I loved it. Ah well. Lynch is someone you either love or hate I'm told, and it's not an easy prediction which way.
