Nation Dates?
2006-Apr-01, Saturday 23:18Gah, I hate April 1st, you get far too many wacky stupidities going on. What on earth made them pretend Nation States is a dating game? On the other hand.
silentgreeneyes? Using a very complicated formula, we have determined that your ideal mate is The Rogue Nation of Dot-topia

Had an Open Day at work yesterday, it was my idea, and I was kicking myself for suggesting it up until about ten minutes after it started. It really reminded me why I actually do like the job; so many host families came in to look around the building and I really actually enjoyed talking to them; the majority of them are actually pretty good and reliable, I spent most of my time in the summer screaming about the small number that aren't.
Finished at 8pm, having been on my feet and talking constantly since before 4pm. Even when I was in the shop, was rarely if ever talking and 'selling' constantly for 4 straight hours, and completely not used to it.
So, got home last night, read some etuff online and collapsed. Woke up at 3pm today. Managed to actually drag myself into town (needed to, was running out of shower stuff and deodorant). Fleet Walk is always horrible Saturday afternoons, full of idiots ambling around and getting in the way; I'm firmly convinced fluid mechanics should be a compulsory subject for everyone, especially those that like shopping and/or driving.
After Body Shop (expensive, but still good, and with my allergic reaction to most other commercial shower things, pretty much essential, I do not like all over itching thank you very much), and then bought some healthy food type things in Tesco. And a bottle of whiskey ‐ given that I was sometimes getting cheap crap in the co-op I might as well buy a large bottle of reasonable stuff for occasional drinking instead.
Still utterly exhausted; if I go to GameSoc tomorrow in Exeter, what's on (apart from Fred's offer of FluxX)?

Date: 2006-Apr-02, Sunday 03:56 (UTC)Try lush... they use mainly natural products, and the few chemicals they use are preservatives that have been tested and used for ages and don't cause reactions :)
