LJ political writers

Right, I'm collecting new LJ friends (again). Usual criteria, people who write interesting stuff about stuff I'm interested in. Which boils down to politics, books, sci fi and general techy stuff.

But, specifically today, we're talking British/UK politics. burkesworks today linked to mooism, there's also tyrell, nhw, srk1, _rand0m_, caramel_betty, fridgemagnet, liadnan, missedith01, recursived and, occasionally, vampwillow. That's just from my friends list. So, who's worth reading that I'm missing?

This is prompted by reading mooism's front page and wanting to comment on every entry. I resisted, and just clicked "friend", but, y'know...

Meh; word has it you're also spreading the word of Fluxx, ergo we like you anyway.

I'm wondering if, in fact, everyone on LJ in the UK is actually connected to everyone else by a very small number of steps anyway, it seems everyone knows someone.

Probably. I don’t think LJ is that big in the UK, even though pretty much everyone new I meet socially is on LJ.
