At Mike's parents, SELWG was cool, IE7 is better than any previous IE, but Opera and Fx are still better (that counts as a review).

Everyone else should just go read him take the piss out of a certain airhead that thinks joining the BNP is a good idea when you have an immigrant, non-white boyfriend, as this saves me from making a very similar post.

I don't have any time for IE7. Nor does it have any time for me, as every time it has tried to install itself on an automatic update, a right royal cock-up has been made of it...resulting in IE refusing to run at all. (Not necessarily a bad thing, but hey)

It took me ages to get it running at home as well, and it only had one feature I like that Fx doesn't, and while aspects of the UI are good, someone'll skin it to Fx anyway...

GOd, I had no idea her partner was an "immigrant"! That is very stupid. And rather funny.

Personally, I think she should be allowed to have whatever political opinions she wants, as long as they don't interfere with her doing her job. But I wonder if it would influence how I felt about her dancing, now that I know she holds views I disagree with?

That's pretty much my take; if she can dance, then let her dance, but if enough people, like us, can't stand the idea of watching her, paying her to entertain us, then that does affect her job ability.

Ethical consumerism, force the market to react the way we want it to. Boycotts work, sometimes.

Alternately, someone could sit her down with a big clue stick and explain things to her properly.
