where N is the number in the URL, E is the number of the entry, and R is
a random integer from 0 to 255.

LJ-fu from rho in the comments on a very old entry, for which my Gmail search string was label:lj- from:rho 256 because I just knew. So that means you're lookingfor the entry numbered between 10752 and 11008.
