The Associated Press: Scientology Faces Criminal Charges:

A Belgian prosecutor on Tuesday recommended that the U.S.-based Church of Scientology stand trial for fraud and extortion, following a 10-year investigation that concluded the group should be labeled a criminal organization.

Ah yeah. That was who posted the intial link. Ijust clicked it, then started googling. Forgot to credit because, well, distracted. So many hits in searches, but they're all AP reposts, I await Teh Beeb and Eht Graun with interest.

(There are a fair few more than that that I should be able to list, but I rarely think of where people are from TBH)
