Some of these new laws are pure comedy, like they've just been pulled out a giant hat with "down with liberty!" written on it.

I miss Brass Eye, really ought to get around to watching more—SB bought me the Day Today DVD recently, haven't watched that yet either.

But yeah, badly worded is one thing, completely unbriefed enforcers another thing entirely.

That checklist is, um, daft. Slightly less so than the legislation, but still.

This doesn't actually surprise me y'know. Problem being that until there's a test case (and a judge with sense throwing it out can be hoped for), it's all grey area horribleness. Which isn't good.
