It are shiny and user friendly and didn't frustrate me with annoyance too often (although it needs a 'next' button on the front page).
This implies that some of those ticking the "I knew it existed" are thinking of the crappy old bad UI poll creator page.
This is why I like DW, they're trying to make the cool stuff that's always been there actually findable.
