Date: 2011-Jul-11, Monday 13:01 (UTC)Keep in mind the U.S. Supreme Court has declared corporations as "persons", which means where once the feds might go against the officers of a company, they can now go against a corporation as if it were an individual. *rubs hands with glee*
On top of that, there might be wiretapping charges as well. We'll have to see how it plays out. Either way, I predict howling on FOX about the unfairness of it all and screams of "free speech free speech!" should the feds decide to press charges.
