This is really beginning to piss me off now, my most recent metaquote has 6 comments on it, but I've had 3 of them by email, including replies to ones I didn't get the parent of. Gah!

You may have taken it off friends list, but you signed up for the posts to be included, as have I. No idea if it can be removed; it's on my Weasels filter, I skim them looking for fun stuff.
