Hmm, that looks interesting. Not for tonight (and we haven't got any bread spare), but maybe at some point.

I have one question though:
1 3/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

What's that in grammes or ounces? I kinda get cups, and we've got some US style measuring cups, but using three different measuring methods, by volume, just confuses me completely.

Why measure by volume anyway? Weird people...
